Type: Metal Building
This 70,000 square foot office warehouse is a metal style building with storage reaching 40′ high. The needs for this growing company required every square inch to be planned carefully. Many interesting challenges were solved, as this 4 1/2 acre lot was transformed into a busy center of international distribution. Plans are in the works for another building as this company is rapidly expanding.

Type: Office Interior Build
A high-quality office buildout of approximately 6,000 square feet. This project incorporates several different office essentials for the busy professional. This design has some very cool features, including a yoga room and several offices which utilize the natural lighting. The sunlight beams through three sides of the second-floor space.
McDade Orthodontics
Location: Camarillo, CA.
Sq. Feet: 3000
Type: Dental Office
This unique orthodontics custom buildout required careful design as this project was constructed. The owner knew he wanted a country feel in a professional environment, so our team worked hard to incorporate the many different aspects of this project to achieve this look. We utilized exposed lumber, red corrugated metal ceiling, exposed ducting, custom stonework, and of course, a custom “whiskey barrel water fountain”!
